How these editing terms apply

These terms cover project handling alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The written quote or project agreement defines the specific edits, deliverables, revisions, price and schedule. If you need particular confidentiality, file access or deletion arrangements, discuss them before sending material.

We are an independent service for adult content creators. We are not part of Pornhub and do not represent any platform where you publish.

Age, identity and consent

Clients must be adults and authorized to arrange the work. You must confirm that every person depicted in adult content was at least 18 at the time of recording, met any higher applicable age requirement, and consented to the material and its intended use. Keep releases and legally required records and provide appropriate confirmation when reasonably needed.

If we reasonably suspect someone is underage or that consent or authority is missing, we will pause or refuse the work until the issue is resolved. We may ask for age or identity confirmation using an agreed method. Do not email identity documents or add them to ordinary footage folders unless we have specifically agreed a suitable process.

We will not knowingly work on unlawful, exploitative or nonconsensual material. We may need to preserve or disclose information when a legal duty requires it. An age checkbox or ID check does not transfer your legal obligations to us.

Sending your footage

You may share files using Google Drive, Dropbox, Filemail, MEGA, WeTransfer, Transfer.it or another method we agree. A file link is optional when first requesting an edit. You can send the footage after we discuss the project.

Check that the link works, allows the access needed for the project and remains available long enough to complete the work. Include project notes and identify anything to remove or blur. You can email files or a link if your provider allows it; for larger files, use a suitable transfer service.

Choose sharing permissions carefully and use the provider features appropriate to your material. Transfer providers have their own privacy policies, security features, storage limits and rules. Naming them on our website does not guarantee that every file or use is permitted by their terms.

Private handling and limited access

We use your footage and instructions for the agreed project, necessary support and lawful business obligations. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it for that work. We do not sell your footage or personal information to third-party companies.

We do not post your private footage, identify you as a client, or use your material in a public portfolio or promotion without your written permission. If a separate NDA is required, ask before sharing files so its terms can be agreed. A privacy statement is not a separately signed NDA.

Confidential handling may have exceptions for information you have lawfully made public, information independently obtained without a confidentiality duty, and disclosures required by law. We cannot promise that email, an external platform or every storage system is free of risk.

Editing, privacy changes and review

Describe the style, intended platform, format, length and edits you want. Specifically identify faces, tattoos, names, locations, background details or audio that should be removed or obscured. If you are unsure how to identify a moment, ask us for help before approving the edit.

Blurring, cropping and audio changes can reduce exposure of details, but they do not guarantee anonymity or prevent recognition from other material. Review the finished file carefully before publication and raise any missed instructions during the agreed review period.

We follow the accepted brief. Extra footage, changes to direction or additional versions may affect the price and deadline and need written agreement.

Creator accounts and upload assistance

We can guide you through creator account setup and prepare or upload files when the project includes that work and you authorize it. Use a platform-supported access method with only the permissions needed. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or two-factor authentication codes in the request form or ordinary email.

You remain responsible for your account, your decision to publish, platform verification and the accuracy of your upload information. We cannot guarantee that a platform will approve an account or a video. Do not ask us to bypass platform restrictions or age checks.

Project contact and promotions

An optional phone number helps us arrange quick project chats or calls if you want that form of contact. You can work with us by email instead. Providing a number does not authorize automated promotional calls or marketing texts.

Occasional promotional email is a separate opt-in choice. You can decline it without affecting your editing request, and you can unsubscribe or contact [email protected] to stop future promotions. Necessary project correspondence can continue.

Delivery, backups and deletion

Agree the delivery method and any file retention or deletion deadline before work begins. We keep project information only as reasonably needed for the service, support, disputes and lawful recordkeeping. We do not promise indefinite storage or a fixed deletion period that has not been agreed.

Download and check delivered files, keep your own copies, and remove access permissions when the agreed work is complete. Ask us about deleting files in our control if you need a cleanup. Backup cycles, legal holds or required business records may prevent immediate removal of every copy; we will explain relevant limits when responding.
