We provide independent editing support for adults. Sending an inquiry does not create an accepted order, and website wording does not replace the scope, price and delivery terms agreed for your project.
Using the website and agreeing to terms
These terms govern use of pornhubvideoeditor.com and our editing services. By accessing or using the website, you indicate that you accept these conditions. If you do not agree, stop using the website. We also ask you to expressly accept these terms and our Privacy & Editing Terms when submitting a service request.
Some terms depend on applicable law or an agreed project scope. Nothing here removes a legal right that cannot be waived. The Privacy Policy explains information handling and is separate from optional marketing permission.
An independent editing service
Pornhub Video Editor helps content creators edit their own material and prepare uploads. We are not part of Pornhub, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Pornhub, XVideos or any other platform named here. All third-party trademarks remain with their owners and identify destinations or tools that clients may use.
Account setup or upload assistance does not give us authority to speak for a platform or promise its approval. Platform rules and account decisions are controlled by those platforms.
Adults only and local restrictions
You must be at least 18, meet any higher applicable age requirement, and have legal authority to enter the project agreement. Our public website does not show nudity, but our services are restricted to adults. If you are underage, do not request services, send personal information or submit content.
Before continuing to browse or requesting work, check the rules that apply in your state and wherever you access or use the service. Use the website or services only where doing so is lawful. Leave the website if applicable rules prohibit your access or the work you want to request.
We may pause, decline or end a request if we reasonably question your age, authority, consent records or the lawfulness of the project. We may ask for suitable age or identity confirmation before accepting work. Do not send an ID until we have agreed how necessary information will be handled.
Quotes, orders and payment
A request form, email conversation or calculator result is an inquiry or estimate, not an automatic order. A project starts only when we confirm acceptance and agree the work, price, payment arrangements and delivery expectations in writing. Do not treat a requested date as accepted until we confirm it.
The quote should state deliverables, included revisions, any deposit or balance, and any agreed file retention period. Additional work or a changed brief may need a revised quote. Any first-time-client discount should be identified in the accepted quote; the website calculator does not automatically apply it.
Cancellation and refund arrangements will be stated in the project agreement and remain subject to applicable law. Work already carried out, committed costs and any undelivered work must be considered under that agreement. These terms do not create a blanket no-refund rule.
Your content and permissions
You must own the material or have permission to supply it and authorize the requested edits, sharing and uploads. Every person depicted in adult material must have been an adult when it was recorded and must have consented to the recording and its intended use. You are responsible for required releases, records and platform permissions.
We will not knowingly accept content involving minors, exploitation, coercion, trafficking, unlawful recording, or the nonconsensual use or distribution of intimate material. Do not request a deceptive or nonconsensual sexual likeness or use edits to misrepresent consent, age or identity.
Provide accurate instructions and tell us what must be removed or blurred. You remain responsible for the lawfulness of your material and its intended publication. Editing assistance does not replace your legal or recordkeeping obligations.
Delivery and client cooperation
We plan delivery around the agreed scope and the timely arrival of usable files, instructions, approvals and payments. Let us know about a deadline before the project is accepted. Missing files, access problems, new instructions or extra revisions can affect the schedule; we will discuss changes rather than assume a new deadline.
Review files against the brief and raise errors or revision requests within the review period agreed for the project. Keep copies of your source files and delivered work. We do not promise permanent archiving unless that is separately agreed.
Ownership and limited project permission
You retain your rights in source material you lawfully own. You give us limited permission to access, copy, edit, export and deliver that material as needed for the agreed project, including any expressly authorized upload assistance.
The project agreement should identify rights in the final edit and when they transfer or may be used, including payment conditions. Third-party music, fonts, stock assets, software and platform features remain subject to their own licenses. Our website design, logo and written material cannot be copied or presented as another business without permission.
Platform decisions and audience results
We can help improve the edit, sound, presentation and upload preparation. We do not guarantee views, rankings, comments, engagement, subscriptions, platform approval or earnings. Examples and feedback reflect particular work or experiences and do not promise the same results for every client.
Third-party websites, storage providers and platforms operate under their own rules. We cannot control their availability, retention, fees, moderation, account restrictions or changes in service.
Responsibility and limits
Each party is responsible for its own breach of an agreed obligation and for losses it causes, subject to applicable law. You are responsible for claims caused by material you supply without necessary rights or consent, or instructions that breach these terms. This does not make you responsible for our own negligence or misconduct.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost audience opportunities arising from the service. Our total liability for a project-related claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the project giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them, including any responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not override mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
Problems, refusal and legal rights
Please contact [email protected] with a project concern so we can try to resolve it. We may suspend or refuse work that appears unlawful, unsafe, outside the agreed scope or inconsistent with necessary permissions. Ending a project does not remove obligations already owed or rights under applicable law.
No particular U.S. state law, court, arbitration requirement or class-action waiver is selected by this page. Any jurisdiction-specific project terms must be agreed separately and cannot remove mandatory rights that apply to you.
Changes and contact
We may update website terms for future use and future projects. A change to an accepted project must be agreed in writing or otherwise permitted by the existing agreement and applicable law. The revised date at the top identifies this version.
